Overview
This large and confusing sidelining map features paths that merge and split. By the half way point of the map, it's not clear which enemy belongs where. The attackers will make their way to the goals along the winding roads so use the choke points along the way to load up on high-powered towers.

in every level, wave 70 is the hardest… for sure
To get the last bit of points, literally fill the entire map with Gun Towers except for 1 of each other tower. Right after I kill wave 99 I sell everything and then do this. All Gun Towers should be upgraded to level 5, and you’ll get over 400 upgrades for the upgrade bonus… hope this helps!
I’ve been experimenting with variants of that theme, with mixed success. I did win it by using 4 missile towers and 4 frost towers, plus the other towers for the diversity bonus. Still, the high score only got to 323778, and that is with sending out waves about 6-9 at at time.
Try the same strategy by placing the missile box just below the first road on Topdown Shooter. If you want a fail-safe way to beat Topdown Shooter on Addictive, I would suggest a 6 Missile Tower 5 Frost Tower setup.
Here is how I do it. Just South of the road place a Frost Tower exactly below the first turn (don’t place this until you have at least a level 5 Missile Tower though). To the right of that go 2 Missile Towers.
There is then a little box big enough for 6 towers where the road takes a loop back to the initial towers. This box should get 4 Missile Towers and 2 Frost Towers. Row 1: Frost + Missile. Row 2: Missile + Missile. Row 3: Missile + Frost.
I then put a final frost tower in the little nook just south of the first Missile Tower (on the other side of the road). This will slow down anything that has any chance of escaping.
As long as you have the Frost towers down and at least 3 maxed Missile Towers by the time the level 65ish Truck boss comes, you should have no problem with it…
Thanks! I did eventually beat it with 4 missile turrets, but in different places. Your technique definitely ramped up my high score. Now I am working on Topdown Shooter, which is proving to be much harder. Having difficulty with the placement of the missile box.
Sure thing Paul… all you need to beat this map on addictive is 7-8 towers. You basically want to build up 4-5 maxed out Missile Towers right where the two initial paths meet. I tend to start with a level 2 Missile Tower in the first nook just down and to the left of the path combination.
After I max the first Missile Tower, I place 3 Frost Towers. Two of them go right before the creeps get to the Missile Towers (One just North of the combined road and south of the River, and one just east of the Road for that one). The final Frost Tower I use goes just before the creeps come back in range of the Missile Tower box (from the initial Missile Tower, go left one tower length and down two tower lengths.)
After that, I put another missile turret directly below the first. Then one to the left. Then one on top of that. This builds a Missile Turret "box" that will kill everything without a hitch.
I tend to only use 4 when going for maxed score, but if you’re just trying to beat the level feel free to build 6 or so Missile Towers by making a Missile Turret rectangle…
Good luck and let me know how it works out…
Ok, I love this map but can’t figure out how to beat it (at addictive level). Any suggestions?
Wow… you sure are making me work to keep my top score for this map randomhero! How the heck do you manage to finish these things so fast?!
